
It makes for much better outcomes in bindery.ĮPM mode works pretty well in a lot of cases. This means that rather than waiting for a service tech when something goes awry, we can usually make repairs in house and be up and running in hours rather than days. We have a maintenance contract that includes a high level of training for the operator called “Shared Maintenance” and HP allows us to keep many spare parts on site. There is a huge improvement in reliability on the Indigo vs the Xerox we had before. The quality and breadth of substrates available has provided the opportunity to jump into new and different markets, like labels and folded cartons.


That press has been a game changer for us. We replaced a ColorPress 1000 with an Indigo 7900 a few years ago.
